    Reg numbers

Its the year sequence but numbers instead of letters. Registrations twice a year. Replaces the old letter system.

two reg's per year ( march and sept) . as in this instance #4 is 2004. if the number is 04 then it was registered after MARCH 1ST 2004, but before september, when it will become 54 on the 1ST SEPTEMBER

      did that make any sense???

just to add to that, the reg wont be 03 54. the first two digits will be letters, depicting where the car was registered first. mine is HX which is Hampshire and X is PORTSMOUTH reg centre. then the two numbers, then three letters which mean jack!!

          i.e. AB 12 CDE
