Small Problem

As it was a lovely day yesterday, pulled Worthers out to do a few bits, decided to fit the sound pad and came across a small problem, obviously one side fits perfectly however the other side is about 5mm short, as if the pad has shrunk over the years, the only thing i can think of is to stretch it somehow, maybe warming it with a hairdryer, its very supple and will give quite abit, any other suggestions. Got the wiper motor in, heater box, de-misters and a few other little bits and pieces, couldn,t resist, fitted the new little clip things onto the back of the Escort badge, and on it went !!!. I then got a run on, and on went the spoiler, looks superb !!

My old pad was like that. Changed to a different one and all is fine.
