  • boxhill today......

made the trudge up this morning, roads were ringing wet, and i washed my car last night... i think the inclement weather at the start of the day may have put lots off, as it wasnt as busy as ive seen before........

nicest car of the day was this calypso green car, one owner from new, the bloke is seen here with paul T making an offer! only 57K miles and unrestored. the engine bay needed a bit of help though

i also met dave king, with his nice RS2000 base model. i tried to encourage him to come up on national day, and get him to camp over. so put the pressure on fella's

        Rs2000

Looks like one of the Targart Motor company sold vehicles from Crawley? I used to own DPN 708V.

Thanks for the comments Lee, it wasnt the roughest one there, but close ! Its a shame there wasnt more mk2's and less capris......

The Green one was very nice. And the owner certainly enjoys owning it. The numberplates had "Endevour of Brighton" on them, I dont know if this is the selling dealer or not ?

When I pulled into the carpark I was the first RS there so moved away from the capri boys to the far corner at the entrance from the dual carriageway and was then promptly sandwhiched between to MPV's !! I was parked just out of shot in picture 12 by the blue MPV. My RS is no where near as nice as the ones the pictures so I aint worried !. I did like that blue grp4, very nice !!
