Just changed my engine mounts over today.......WHAT AN ARSE of a job!! Was made easier by taking the head off. Good luck in doing yours mate

done mine last saturday , i would say no probs, but i'd be lieing!! had no issue taking mounts off the car, i had big probs separating rubber mount from alloy part on the near side, so much so that i cattled my vice trying to tighten it up enough to get purchase on the damn thing to turn. i had to take it into work to get the big guns on it. only took short amount to put back on the car once changed. have more cleance on manifold now too.

did you jack the engine up a bit whilst you did it?? easy peasy, i tackled the exhaust side first thinking it would be tough.

Yup, had the jack underneath all the time. My main problem was the mounts looked like they had never been on the correct way......So the rubbers were out of shape slightly. As said, All done now though and should now be able to fit my air filters

If you want some nice new mounts just like Lees' then let me know, as I've got 2 more pairs here
