Crap day today

Went out to go to work this morning 6:30 spent the next 1 1/2 trying to get the old rover started, nope head gasket gone, £300 to repair, seeing as I only paid £900 nearly 4 years ago that was a none starter LOL

so had to get a new car today, bought a 523i SE beemer with all the toys very nice it is too, so the RS is going to be put together a lot slower now

but the red bomber was near for the chopping block this morning to be able to buy the new car ( so close but I couldnt do it )

Cumbria is out, via RS anyway so anyone need a lazy co pilot I'm available LOL

Im having one of those days too brian, nothing is going right in work for me.....rover 's are just buckets of dirt anyway...my partner has one & i hate bloody driving it.....id prefer my civic anyday of the week, but thats going to her soon & im buying a mondeo estate or focus estate.....thats some leap from a rover to a bmw .....its a hard decision to make about cars.....but you did the right thing keepin the RS

Days got better today picked up the new beastie, very nice to drive better than my old 1996 525 Rover still in the background awaiting collection from Mr Scrapman
