  • AFG will become YUE again

Have just been to the DVLA today to transfer AFG 151S over to my Golf so that the Mex can resume it's proper identity of YUE 477S. I will need some new plates made and would like some Mike Young's plates because that's where the car is from. Anyone know where I can get these done please? Cheers, Kev.

P.S. Neil,(Nelly) Have to park these together

:winka: Nothing special about it at all really. Just came with the Mex. Is cheaper to transfer it to my golf than it is to just have the original plate put back on the Mex

Why did the Mex have the wrong plate on it in the first place ?

Or is it just a ringer after all
                        Cheers Rob.

                          Knackers

The car had the private plate when one of the Directors of the old "AFG" Rover group owned it. Has remained on it ever since. Not the best plate in the world so was always a mystery to me why he chose it?? Would suit the band "ISIS" well though......... Or the nightclub with the same name in Nottm..

Just had these made up Kev, not sure if they were still fitting metal plates in 78? Or whether they had changed to acrylic's by then (I was only 6, so can't remember)! But I think they look smart anyway........
