          Colour?

          Looks a bit like Le Mans green, an early colour that was available on mk1 Escorts, Capris and other stuff about at the time. Looks an early car, so could be possible.

              Can't be!

              Have found it listed in a 1975 Ford Cars brochure, but not in any later ones.

              Suppose someone could have paited it in that 'Citrine' colour that was all the rage when the Mondeo Si came out. A buddy painted his 2.8i Capri (and colour coded the bumpers and mirrors - bloody everything!) and it looked, well, awful!

                now you say that i,m sure there's a mk1 mex not too far away from me in that colour. and that could do with a colour change

                        could be a faded daytona yellow as ford offered it on the mk2 for a year, 75-76 i think
