from the photo I'm working with, the rockerbox & cam belt cover are Black, if it was blue then the photo would show it as a shade of grey. My car was still running it factory engine and the cam belt cover & rocker cover were black.

I have car reviews photos of 2000's with blue covers but all seem to be 76 cars & the 79 cars I have seen in these reviews have Black.

not saying I'm right your wrong, just my findings.
