Bah-hum bug to crimbo & this time of year

why is it that at this time of year people we know just pass away....this week i have had a family member pass away (due to liver failure) & a friend pass away (due to a cancer illness), i just hate this time of year........anyone else feel the same?????? both passed away the same nite......on the other hand its my daughters first christmas on the planet so I should be happy about that (which I am)
