So I make 1 sale......of an Xbox 360 and my account gets suspended for breach of terms??????

Anyone else had there accounts suspended as Im at a complete loss as to why I have been suspended. (and yes all fees are up to date)

got a link to the auction (prob not cos its been cancelled) normally shit like that is because stuff like the item your selling is usually stuff sold by scammers, to get your money, not saying your a scammer, of course, but ebay may have thought you were trying to put one over on somone

Cant see the auction now its been cancelled by ebay my main worry is that I was in the middle of a few purchases so could end up with no end of bad feedback etc if ebay do eventually let me back on.

          Here is their email

          Dear fraz1973,

We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended due to concerns we have for the safety and integrity of the eBay community.

As we state in the User Agreement, Section 8, we may immediately issue a warning, suspend, or terminate your membership and refuse to provide our services to you if we believe that your actions may cause legal liability for you, our users or us. We may also take these actions if you have breached the User Agreement or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us.

Due to the suspension of this account, please note that you are prohibited from using eBay in any way. This includes the registering of a new account.

Please note that this suspension does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any fees you may currently owe to eBay.

          Regards,

get on the phone and rant.

see the con-artists wreck it for the genuine people.

contact Giz, he may know of someone for your sale.

Funnily they are like Amazon and they hide their customer support phone number, been searching the web and so far only found their reception number which is closed

Methinks both the seller and buyer (YOU) have been banned because Ebay smells a rat !

If you contact Ebay it should get sorted
