if you wanted a car to make money on you wouldnt have brought a mk2 escort! just do what you want geez, i mean, if everyone thought about the resale value, no one would modify there cars....oh, wait

Its very much a personal thing, i went through this with mine, in my opinion, its been red twenty odd years, should really stay that colour, however, its your car, your money, you decide,

                  colour

in my opinion if you are going to change colour it has to be a shell inside and out not just a fast job to the bits you can see or it will damage the resale value but i hate red so go for it and i agree with brian the x pac grey met is fab

hi, i wasnt having a go mate, i was merely saying that the value it will knock off the car will be tiny compared to the amount of money that your probably going to plow into it, so go for it. unless you feel that you couldnt live with a non standard colour car, then thats something youd have to work out. i personally i think its an awesome colour and would rather have it over most standard colours......but then again, im biased as far as silver is concered
