Help speeding......incorrect statement

I got my case date through for next week.

But the witness statement is not correct - the witness statement doesn't mention my car. See witnesspage1.

Whats the best plan of action ?

Ooooh...what a bloomer!! It couldn't have been you in a Honda CRX Dingy...you were driving an unmaked Police vehicle at the time!!! I don't see how a prosecution can be made to stick. If the witness is incapable of recording the registration details of the allegedly offending vehicle properly, then how can he be trusted to have recorded you speed accurately?

The magistrate should throw it out mate....

Spoke to Rob Jones -plea is going to be Not Guilty. Has to be because the witness statement is incorrect.

No witness - no case.
