I'm not sure my delicate constitution will be able to handle such a night of drunken debauchery.

    Oh go on then.

What are u doing with the white one if u dont mind me asking mate
      It's untouched since the accident.

I'm undecided what to do with it at present.

Obviously the blue one is next on the agenda, and it will never be a trackday car, so hopefully won't get bent !

Then my red Gp4 shell needs looking at, followed by another red RS2000 that's waiting in the wings LOL.

I want a white RS2000 with a black vinyl, as that is my favorite combination, so yours would be ideal if it's for sale - hint hint hint (Vaux-hall boy LOL)
      Cheers Rob.

I'm not sure what my work commitments are for that day and the following one, so I may have to go easy on the sauce anyway, but if I'm allowed a full on "lager monster" session, then if you're willing, a sofa at your place would be greatly appreciated.

Who's on the guest list ? I assume Kel is up for this too.
              Cheers Rob.

Richard, after the text's this is a HSR

Intended as an evolution of the original HS, the HSR was homologated on the 1st April 1980, retaining the original HS FIA recognition number 649.

As in the case of the HS, many specialist parts were homologated for the rally HSR. Highly modified competition cars could produce in excess of 240 bhp from their long stroke 2.6 litre engines and these proved to be among the most competitive all-round rally cars.

Between 1980 and 1982, DTV built HSR models gained 9 first place finishes in rallying to add to the previous 9 firsts gained by the HS. These included two more wins on the Circuit of Ireland, plus wins on the Manx and Scottish rallies.

                                and a HS

some of my fact were wrong

Designed as an Homologation Special, The Chevette HS was announced in November 1976 to take on the international world of rallying. The utilisation of a twin-cam 16-valve version of the 2279cc Slant Four engine made this a blisteringly fast little car. The many rallying successes which followed the car's introduction are a testament to it's performance.

Apart from the 16-valve engine, other notable features of the HS are its full front airdam, black and tartan interior trim and additional instrumentation. Specialist versions of the HS such as the HS-X, complete with walnut trimmed interior, and the Panther Westwinds built single-cam turbo were both produced in very limited numbers.

For homologation purposes, a total of 400 HS's were eventually built and a number of late-build examples were further modified by DTV at Shepreth (England) to HSR spec.
