    Do you do requests?

What about a droop snoot RS2000, in signal orange, with RS alloys (6"), and with scheel seats in black?

    Just like mine infact!

      Hi Dermot,

I left the model for a little time so I'm just building it up again and improving it using tips I learned. Getting a good Studio lighting setup and some basic body shells. Now have:

      Flat front
      Flat front forrest arches
      RS2000

      Seriously thinking about

      X-pack Flat front
      X-Pack RS2000

I have a set of standard RS Alloys but not yet a set of Scheels - got any reference pics ?

Ultimately I'd like to do a Rothmans version with interior, mud etc.

Colour is not a problem. Easy to change to ANY colour you wish. Next time I do a render I'll try and remember to do it in Signal Orange (again any ref pics ? - always good to see it in real life)

When I am happy with the model I would like to offer some MK2 prints. I already have a few promised orders for the MK2, and have sold a few MK1 prints at about A3 size similar to the following :

            Nice work mate!!!
The roof looks a little mis shaped though at the top or is it just the angle?

                I haven't created a vinyl roof ... yet.

                But I have tested a yellow arched Mk2 :

Just out of interest are you going to do one with proper arches on it rather than the forest items that just don't look right ?

Not a dig cause its awesome, but the arched car is not that accurate IMHO.

Be better with some proper gartrac monte's on it

Do you have an example of what you mean by "proper" arches ?

I had a good look prior to making them and it seems there are several different variants ... ? Some finishing above the swage line, other below, different levels of depth to arch etc., etc. Look at the little animated christmas logo above ....

Any pics of the Gartrac arches you mean ?

Dave, would be good if there were joining lines for the arches to the body as they look in real life and the front spoiler is a mexico one only used with cheap fibreglass forest arch kits. The GRP4 Spoiler looks different and correct one to use with arch's.

Mine are monte rears but not the fronts.

I have some pictures somewhere, or if someone has the ari van dvd they can rip some images off that.....

Again not a dig just contructive critism, be awesome to get the model more accurate IMHO, as i worked for a Graphics company for years using lightwave/3dsmax/maya etc i know the work involved and how much time it takes. Just would be good to see it perfect

It is possible to make them look like they have been pop-rivetted on ..

Was trying to show it nice and smooth - doh !

I can add the GP4 type front spoiler - I know that would be authentic but I think the GP4 spoiler looks more functional than aesthetic. Thought a nice blended in Mex spoiler would look a bit more classy.

Anyway ... if anyone has some pics to show me clearly near the join with the body and also around the front spoiler that would be great !
