My "Neighbours" are Asylum seekers from The Czech Republic. They have 3 cars, Non of which are taxed,Insured etc. Absolutely bugger all is said or done to them. Really gets to me as if it was me who had no tax etc, I would have my car towed away and given a hefty fine!!!

give 'em a nice flat, around £200 a week to buy drink/drugs * delete as appropriate
and send them on luverly carribean 'calming' holidays.............at our expence
