    that looks a nice van u had mr. watt.......that must have been hwen there was plenty of em around.....
    paul can you show me the underside of ur car with the modded axle please??? ill will take a copy of the details as well if thats ok with u about doing the axle......
    i think the 7.5"s will look right on the rear if the van sits good & proper & im using 7"s on the front & will have mk1 mex arches welded onto the wings..... i have an idea of how the van will look when its finished & i think the finish paint job, wheels & handling of the van will be spot on....but you know how images can easily be in your head.....

        i did, didnt get a chance to reply....how clean is that car man?????? its an inch narrower, if you think that will do for 7.5" wheels thats good enough for me......have you tried 7.5" wheels on the rear???? was there much room left???

          ive had the 7.5 wheels on all year no bother at all.

            I used to run 7.5's on the Mex with a standard axle with only arch rolling. Was lowered by 1.5" with no rubbing. Had them previously fitted to my old MK1 RS2000 and had to have the Anglia rear axle fitted with 29mm of spacers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Paul's mod is the business and the way to go IMO.
