Finally someone with a great new concept. To creat a vintage car museum that displays cars and teaches dying engineering skills. Hope the council does not scupper the plans and stick things in the spokes like normal. Proposed site in Derby Friar gate old warehouse. Sorry I could not attach the This Derbyshire Link, (very slow website).
