If you have booked a camper van in at The Lakes Tour your ticket will be with you later this week.
Lakes tour cars will have their own car parking area all week end - please remember no cars or support vehicles are allowed in the camping area what so ever (the venue's rules,not mine, - fire safety rules)
Trailer parking will be just through the gate on the right hand side. Please unload your car and park your trailer in the trailer park. NO Trailers on the ...show field.
We will have Securty on site all night Friday and Saturday which will be on camera from 6 pm till 6 am.
Please bear with us -it's very much a learning curve this year at the new venue. We have put in place as much as we can to bring you what we think will be a cracking week end in your old skool Fords.
It's not been as easy to organise as it was down at the Heaves but we are trying to bring the event forward into the future.
Camping - Please when you arrive come and check in at the pavilion before you pitch your tent as you will all be given a wristband when you sign on this year if you are camping. You will be provided with bin bags - please use them!
New for this year on Sunday is a
Lakes tour car class. I hope to
have a nice line up of mk1 and mk2 RS Escorts like it was back in the day to celibate the old escorts 50th anniversary. 1st 2nd and 3rd are up for grabs for both mk's. Judging will not be at concours level as my knees and back will not stand it but it will be slightly more than the show and shine. Please contact me on Saturday after the tour if you would like to show your car in this class - hopefully not all of you

Best mk1 RS
Best mk2 RS
Golden oldie
Or sprit of the tour
You will be placed in the show on Sunday but not judged to keep things fair.
