Lakes Tour 2018 June 8th /9th / RS show 10th
I am pleased to announce that we have secured a new venue for the Lakes tour and ford RS show it will be held in the village of Grasmere on the show field right in the hart of the lakes district.
We have been working towards this now for sometime and after the show field committee meeting earlier this week we have just got the ok, this venue has loads of local facilities within a five minutes walk, its surrounded by hotels guest houses with the added attraction of being in one of the most picturesque places in the lake district.
Camping for the Lakes tour participants will be available but cars will not be allowed in the campsite next to your tent for fire risk!! they will be parked in and area next to the campsite 5 meters away which will have full security day and night. however there is only one way in and out so the carS will be safe at all times this will not be a a problem.
Caravans are not allowed on site.
Camper vans are strictly pre booking.
We will try to keep the weekend as normal as possible and in the same format as the Heaves was over the past years with a few changes, our main priority is to try our upmost to bring the week end forward to the new venue for all to enjoy more details to follow as we head for the chrismas break .
