I've got 178 bhp and ran a 14.9, Alex has about the same power and ran a 14.5, I was 2 up though

Engine is cosworth bottom end, 93 mm pistons last oversize, BVH, Kent GP1 cam, lightened & balanced and Webber 44 IDF's
