Thinking of importing a car from a sunny climate in Europe what sort of price would it be and how much paperwork is involved?
Or would they take the money and run 🤔

I bought a rally prepared one from S. Ireland. At the time the exchange rate was favourable and I think I got a very good deal.
You have to tell HMRC that you have imported it within 14 days and they decide if import duty is required or not. There's a form on the HMRC web site.
Only then can you get it MOT'd and apply for a UK V5. DVLA were very helpful.
