Pair of carbs on a manifold with linkage will set you back around £500 in good working order, the airbox is dependant upon condition, I've seen mint ones go for £400 before now.

I agree Brian but that's what they go for on eBay. Trickster just paid a similar figure for carbs, manifold and linkage - I also know someone else that was offerred 'silly' money for his entire 'mint' setup including perfect airbox (almost £1000 !!!!).

For a tatty airbox - £75-100 maybe ? Depends how tatty - does it have any clips missing ? Has any of it rusted away ?

IIRC there was a near mint twin set on 'Thief Bay' with two sets of repair/replace/overhaul kits for them and the linkage, all went for sub £300...........not to me :-(
