lol! Yes I won the lot this year, but thats it. I cant be arsed to compete next year, or spend any more money on the car. Have even thought about selling it and getting something cheaper, like a MK2 RS2000.

                            Hi Gaz!

Seen your resto thread you nutter! Your as bad as me taking mint cars apart lol!

My 3dr is currently valued at £15'000, which is the highest in the RSOC insurance scheme, and Micky Fitzsimons uses it as a bench mark for all the 3drs he values. Although saying that I have been told by him, and many others not to let it go for less than £20'000. I dont know if it actually worth that (although it owes me around the £50k mark!)

I have always loved the MK RS2000, and can remember vividly the resto my mate did on his signal yellow one that I put in the gallery......

I went to buy one off a guy called Topaz (I think that was his name) in Warrington about 3 years ago. It was a mint Java green one, but I wanted it as an every day car, that would live out all year, and felt at the time that Series 2 would be a more sensible option, so thats what I ended up doing.

Have been to a few old school track days and been out in a few, and cant get it out of my system!!!
