Been trying to claim back the costs of pot hole damage to my daily ..been in contact with the County Council and I'm just being given the run around.

Has any one got a link or the link to enable me to progress

You normally get a computer generated F O letter

They usually do their best not to pay these days and will ask you where the hole was so they can get it filled lol.

How can you expect them to pay up when we have all accepted speed ramps everywhere which hammer our suspension to pieces!!!!!!

Maybe pot holes are the new cheap alternative to traffic calming!
