Mk2 escort rear fog light

Iam currently making a model for a classic hot rod mod for a PC game called Assetto Corsa here is a video of the current mod

What I want to do is model a brake light based on a mk2 rear fog light so if anybody would be kind enough to provide me with info on the light.
I would like to know
Dimensions of light back and lense and a full face on picture of the lense would be brilliant

Any info or help would be most appreciated
