Phil appologizes to everyone for not replying to peoples e-mails and says he's trying to sort this out.
I said to him nowadays people expect a reply within 2 - 3 days max even if it's just to acknowledge that your dealing with the e-mail.
I said to him it would be a shame for a club with so much potential to fail due to loosing its direction.
I would like to give Phil a chance as I know how hard it is at times to find time to get things done.
