Lotus Cortina - mk 1 values?

Hi all,

I have been offered a mk1 lotus cortina here in New York - anyone ideas on value? Two owner, apparently has all the bits. LHD.

Couple of bits of rust on the wing tops, but otherwise good shell.

Most of the auction results are for cars in a better condition - so wondering what it's worth a punt at?
