Lakes tour 8th April Payment

The applications for The Tour opened and closed on Sunday 13th March so surely its common courtesy that if you are desperate to get onto the Tour then you should also be speedy to get your money sent to Steve who outlays a lot of time and money to organise the Tour!

Steve put this post up 22 days after everyone had got their entry which is more than reasonable to get fingers out of arses and payments made.

yes but hes put a deadline as 8th april? i , like many others appreciate the effort that goes into the tour, and for the last 5 years have made the trip from the south coast up to the lake district in an old escort to participate in it. if the organiser puts a deadline for payment, then the time say all the negative stuff is surely after the deadline if u havent paid? is that not a fair point?

Yes it's a fair point and I hope that the 65 outstanding forms are returned before the cut off.

What happenes if you don't recive all payments by the 8th? Will the reserves have a chance to come forward and pay to guarantee a place or will the date be extended?
