Best Time of year to come back

Planning on a month back in blighty next year but won't to do a few shows and one of the tours while I'm back, so question is- do I head back in May for the lakes, or later in the year, do the snowdonia tour, national day etc??
Once the cars been used its then going to be loaded for oz either way
