        Price wise 4 doors have been catching up with 2 doors for ages now. 2 doors will always fetch more as they are wanted for rally cars and 4 doors aren't really suitable but as far as buying one for road use 2 door or 4 door is just as good. I've never understood peoples obsession with how many doors they have I really couldn't care less I like both and own both, when I consider buying a MKII i'm more interested in what colour it is than how many doors it has.

              Any history with it? The old boy over me in Warrington owned one from new till the late 90s... Same colours

                Yes mate got loads of history with it. All old mot's etc.

                  I've had a number of Four Doors over the years - 1600 Ghias mostly - But I think a 4 door Mk2 Sport in either 1300 or 1600 form would be a very rare car !

                  And there were 4 door 2 Litre Ghias in Australia.

                          Off the top of my head I couldn't tell you, but if it was serviced by cd bramhalls and in those colours it'll be the car
