I guess Graham Robson is probably too modest to answer that question, so please allow me to give you an idea of the man's credentials.
Would being manager of a factory motorsport Competition Department for 3 years, winning trophies on Monte Carlo and RAC Rallies, winning the Welsh International Rally with Roger Clark, plus many other achievments in circuit racing at events like Le Mans give you some idea?
Oh Yes, he also introduced Stuart Turner to Keith Duckworth and was there at the beginning of the BD type engine in an Escort.
Not being rude, just answering the question.

I am sure it is an exceptionally well put together car, with a spec most of us can only dream of, but why is it described as an RS1800 when it has a Millington and a sequential 6 speed gearbox?

So you are saying he drove or navigated ? Or built the cars

Not being rude but this was the oringinal question

As it's a rs1800 log booked msa motorsport rally car , so how would you give it a title to be described ?

I know it has Rs1800 on the log book seen it.

But then why does graham in his book call nearly all the works cars in his book RS1800s when in fact most are registered as RS2000

                        To include

                        LAR 801P and many others

I asked why it was described as an RS1800 because I thought that they had BDA engines and 4 speed gearboxes as road cars and a BD family engine with a 5 speed ZF if a rally car.

When you say it says RS1800 on the log book, do you mean the V5 or the MSA stage rally vehicle identity form?

With regards to the original question on Graham Robson, you didn't specify whether driving or navigating, just "rallied". I've answered that but I haven't answered about building a car. As a Jaguar Engineering graduate he probably knows one end of a file from another and certainly would have spent time wearing overalls but I don't know if he has single handedly built a car from scratch.

That's why I never bothered putting the car on here for sale

As this site now days resembles nothing from 10 years ago

Any advert on here is either hijacked with crap or gets destroyed for any potential sale

The car is what it is , nothing to hide all there to see everyone knows the car , it is up for sale for someone to enjoy in anyway they like .
