I know it is strictly speaking illegal but I bought a logbook and plates a couple of months ago on ebay. Last Friday I was raided by the CID and had them taken off me. Beware as they must be watching Ebay for these being sold. I would see the point if it was for a £50k new car or something but for a 1968 mk1 escort , this is a joke.
