1974 Mexico - Tax Exempt

Do I have to send my logbook to the DVLA to change taxation class from PLG to Historic Vehicle, fill in a form, or just go to the Post Office?

Car was Registered September 1974.

Any Advice appreciated.

Henry just take your V5 to the post office they scan it , you sign it they give you a receipt and send it off for you . Took me about 30 seconds I was amazed.
