There will be an award for Car of the tour again voted by yourselves on the voting slip which will be in you road book please fill it in and hand it back to me at the end of the tour.
At the Heaves Hotel this year meals will be available on Friday evening along with camping. Some of you have booked in all ready for camping but we do have some spaces left (but only for participants taking part in the tour). Caravans are not allowed. Please check in for camping I will give you a camping ticket this year to tie to your tent. Please remember you are in the hotel grounds and it is the hotel gardens you are camping in - keep the litter to a minimum and use bin bags which will be provided. No open fires in the grounds please. Showers will again be provided along with the luxury trailer toilets and wash basins. In past years some have given room keys to mates so they can shower in the hotel; I know this happens as I have done it myself but I have been made aware from Miles and Kathrine that it is becoming a problem and have been asked to make everyone aware that they will be watching this year.
