In preparation for the shell being painted, i need some questions answering please, 1. what finish should the bolts in hinges to bonnet and hinge to bodywork be, 2. the three screw bolts in the leading edge of the front wings be (inside the wings)3. the metal grommits in the floor and boot floor what finish should they be, thanks.

Finish

Bonnet hinge bolts are body colour, Nosecone brackets 4 stud are silver new the same as the nosecone fixing brackets (lower and top edge). New floor grommits /plugs are silver. I think they end up body coloured as they are fitted to the shell when painted?

I stand corrected if the above is not accurate.

The wing rail bolts times 2? are body coloured.

What about the three bolts inside the wing ??

Should be painted over.
The pictures of Joes shell showed them zinc
and they looked well.
Also the arb mounts should be on the car when painted.
