Needs complete redecorating.

Prices climbing daily in West London due to CrossRail.

I paid £20k over the asking price, that's not bad for Hayes.

Asking price is the starting bid around here, I was out bid on another 3bed house by £30k, and i offered £360k.....it's just mad.
All viewings are open house type with 40-50 people looking at the same time, all house are sold in one day with a closed bid system.

Oy less slating of Hull if you don't mind! You are however right about house prices here.

I feel for anyone trying to buy a house in London. My sister was constantly getting outbid, always bidding above the asking price herself but still being outbid. Thankfully persistance paid of in the end.
