My renewal has just come through from Flux for £960. Now although this is less than last year i feel that it is still too much.

Car is a mk2 RS2000, S2000 engine, GRP4 shell, 6 linked Atlas, AP brakes etc. Second car, 1500 miles, garaged. Valued approx 20-25k.

Im 25, 8 years driving, accident 3 years ago.

On these brief details how does this sound? What insurance companies would you guys recommend that i get in touch with?

            Thanks, Craig

I have just insured with Bishop Calway AKA Peter S. Taylor via KGM for £243. I thought this seemed too low when first quoted but after going through the details twice it all seems in order. When I get my paperwork i will triple check everything but so far so good.

              Cheers, Craig

always pays to shop around, but make sure you tell them everything, they always happy to take your hard earned money, but not as happy to give it back

                      Insurance

I was with Heritage and found them very competitive although every time I wanted to increase the agreed value I had to get a new Valuation which was a bit of a pain.
Just switched to Hagerty because they will up the value without the need for formal valuation each time so save a bit of hassle. Much the same premium. They also do a single policy with multiple cars which could be useful too.
                      Hope this helps.
