There was a REV 130K. A green Mk1 Escort but hasn't been taxed since 1987.

Andy, REV-K sequence began in November '71. REV-M was never issued by DVLA, or what ever name they had then.
If you have seen a picture of such a car, it would be a false plated press car.

Still about.
But its not rev 130k

you could be right it was in the Soldier Mag in 1974 They printed again this month as the mag is 70 years old

Ford did that a lot in the 70s, I think it would be just for photo purposes, possibly to make them appear newer, they wouldn't have been able to tax them.
