  • Update on Worthers

Spoke to Tony at Moorland today, all being equal, she,s going into surgery the end of the month, The engine man is waiting for the nod to build the engine back up as is the gearbox man Been making several trips to and from the powder coaters, i do like the finish on that stuff !!. Been soucing lots of new bits via Ebay, Fords and some of you guys, and if you do read this, and you know who you are, i will offer a one off FOUR figure sum for the whole lot ???, Tony seems to think he will want the car for about three months, at this point all the new susension will be bought along with brakes,WCXM and all the other nice bits, interiior i,ve decided will have the facings trimmed in leather retaining the back vinyl and lower bolster vinyl , spoke to Neil yesterday and he,s pointed me in the right direction, so all in all coming along just nicely at the mo, have also found a local company that will re-passivate every nut and bolt on the car for about £60, i will be sending up a few soon to see how they turn out and will report back, there seems to be a bit of a lul at the mo, which is frustrating me, however come the end of month we should be pushing on,

you will get vibration all through the bodyshell with a wcxm, if you want to hold a lumpy engine tight then go for it..but i would think you would be better off with the standard rs one.
