Washer bottle/oil catch tank ??

I've seen a dual tank on a mates car for a washer and oil catch tank and was wondering if anyone knows who would of made it as interested in one.

I had a Philloy washer/catch tank in YUE. Very well made & well worth the money. You will need to get a bespoke cap for it though.
