It isn't the Delta S4, by the way, which had one turbo and one supercharger. The engine in the picture has two turbochargers. The leaning forward position makes it look as if it ought to fit under the bonnet of a modified Delta S4 though ....

But it's very high ....

It could, perhaps, be from the Lancia Group S car of late 1986.
