                  from nottingham - go up M1 (signed 'THE NORTH' ) until it turns into A1 where u come off @ Bramham Crossroads (A64 - signed YORK, MALTON, SCARBOROUGH) go on A64 for about 12 miles then take the Hull turn-off (A1079) and Elvington is about 2 miles from that junction.
