              Fees

Work this one out then. If you start your auction at 99p and postage is 100 quid and you only get 1 bid, how much have you lost?

Greedy feckers I sell a lot of mk1 and mk2 escort parts on eBay 10% of sale price plus 10% of postage then paypal (an eBay company) take another 4% it's a bloody rip off I always offer my customers the chance to deal with me directly via paypal to save the 10% eBay fees I still get the same amount for my parts and the customer gets a better deal. But then they try and block you from sharing email addresses........wtf.......so if any of you guys spot my parts on eBay and need something just message me through here for a better price......

This is exactly why ebay put a 10% charge on the postage.
To many people started doing this or something similar.
So yet again the minority spoil it for the majority, a bit like
speed bumps! We all suffer because of a couple of idiots doing
                      70mph in a 30 zone.

Offer free postage or collection only, you have to beat these boys at their own game.

If you do this the sale price needs to cover your costs so no different really

Fleebay should sort their problems out to make it fairer for it's majority honest users, if failing that it sounds like high time they recieved some competition!
