I've seen a number of peaks and troughs in Escort prices over the years, the first one was when prices of nearly new Mk1 RS2000 and Mexicos went through the roof when the model range for the new Escort was announced in 1974, well before a lot of the so called "Escort Experts" were born.

This site used to have 20-30 threads running at any one time, some of them were banter, some were serious subjects and some were general questions.

A lot of the older members no longer come on the site. So if the site is quiet then maybe it is the "new" era of Ford Escort owners who need to maybe have the motivation to make the site busy again?

Without some of the banter threads started by some of us there would be no activity at all some days
