where do you get those escort mk2 1/18 models from had a look at some websites and they are complete models its just you see on ebay cars in bits ,shells etc can you buy the parts for them seperately my son would like to start working on them as he smad into his escorts mk1 and mk2 thanks

Hi Andy thanks ,I was wondering where people buy all the parts you see floating around ebay or do they buy a complete model and strip them ,can you get unpainted shells and buy the parts to make up your own model ,they can be pretty pricey especially the rally models

You have to buy the bit separate and build a motor hence why the one offs are so pricey

Minichamps no longer produce Mk1 Escorts in 1:18 scale, Ebay is your best bet, as for the parts a friend of mine makes parts, infact any parts on a real car he makes all custom hand built.
