To be fair it doesn't help that the wheel paint is all over the tyres but even considering that a dark colour on small diameter wheel just doesn't work..

I've nothing against the Revo's and they were almost universal on Hot Rods back in the day but that colour combination just doesn't work! If the body colour was changed or broken up they may work better visually but its a big job just to suit some wheels.

Had green ones once on a yellow car too !

But you can't go wrong with white ones on a yellow car !
