rear arch covers

i bought new arch covers in black the other day from altridge trimming and all you get is the vinyl and some foam do you have to cut the foam down to the size of the vinyl and glue it all together or what do you do if so why donnt they do that or are there various ways of doing this hence why its not glued together will post pics later

I replaced the foam on mine I just cut to suit the size/shape of the vinyl & glued down using evostik contact glue worked fine for me.
