  • Classic Ford 2014?

Is it worth bothering with @ £21 on the gate? not been for many years and it was pants back then! had a look on the webshite for a list of traders but cant find anything!?!... clearly anything for sale is gunna be overpriced, but if its a place to get that part you cant find elsewhere, is it worth the trip and expense?

Weather looks to be cloudy at the pod on sun according to the met office. My biggest issue is the £21ea, ESP if I get ripped off for bits and food, or even if I come away with nothin! :-S

Btw, when I said it was pants years ago, I meant that the parts bit was pants, not the cars on show (mine included) or thier owners! Lol

I'm fairly sure it was its first year at the pod when I went, cos I was booked in at Luton hoo with both my cars and decided to race up the m1 with the old man to the pod and leave one car at the Luton show so I could take a spot on the Seoc stand. :-S... So 2 cars on show at the same time at 2 different places! wouldn't do it nowadays tho!

It's gonna be awesome . Saturday afternoon/evening racing will be great this year as all the fast cars are going .
A bit too packed on Sunday so best to just chill out and walk about looking at stuff and then race later in the afternoon at 3pm onwards .
If you're only into the bufty side of classic Ford ownership then there's still lots of concours motors too lust after as well .
You don't get many stands selling stuff as the stall price is very high , i think they charged £500 last year !!!! Robbing fooooookers .
sigpic 2.1 ATMO YB POWER .
Tick tock goes the clock and the clock don't lie .
12.4sec to 109mph With NO turbo , NO gay trailer , NO slicks , NO gas , NO race fuel and NO bits missing . Beat that !!!!

Also paid £14 which is fair,£21 is a rip off.
Normally a good day out though apart from cost of food and that bloody jet car which is boring now, I'd sooner just see folk race.
