I prefer the mk.2 escorts with arches rather than the mk.1 with bubbles.

We have a set of gartrac 90mm front forest and monte carlo rears all in ally.
Can fit 10's on front no probs and 12's on rear.

They came off the mk2 racer from tony paxman/andy pyke holbay car before we fitted zakspeed gr2 kit/castrol liverie & went 15's.

front bib spoiler/airdam still fitted to front arches. Can be seen in chessington.

That must be an English axle is it?

Rear width would depend on axle and wheel off-set. I sometimes run 9" rims on the rear with 235 tyres and without spacers they come right to the edge of the tarmac arches. See the "whoops" thread. 10" rims would be too wide for my set up. (I tried the 9s on the front but was not very driveable).
