mk1 or mk2 with arches ?

Hi folks , i'm thinking of building a 6 linked arched Tarmac spec Escort next year for my new 300+bhp all alloy 2.7 atmo YB engine too live in .
The question is what looks better ? Mk1 with bubbles or mk2 with tarmac arches ?
Discuss and we need pics of nice ones with fat tyres (none with 15's on though or else i will get the hump) lol .

Me personally would rather see an arched mk2 than an arched mk1
Also would only be red or white as well

zakspeed kits look good on a mk2, group 2 arches or the full wing type like the car in opening credits of minder. Think ford built a early mark 2 tarmac car in yellow with that kit.
